One of professional Freestyle Motocross' Pioneers
Jeff Tilton was one of the original Freestyle Motocross professionals. After a successful athletic career, Jeff turned his energies to film and event production. When he heard that US Marines were dying on their motorcycles at at alarming rates, he jumped into action with Jim Conway to fix the problem. Jeff used his extensive industry contacts and lifetime of motorcycle experience to execute a plan to bring fatalities down. The Semper Ride program brings the country's best motorcycle professionals together to help communicate responsible motorcycle use to young and/or aggressive at-risk Marines. Jeff then progressed the program into advanced training for Marines from such respected schools as American Supercamp and Jason Pridmore's STAR school. It is Jeff's expertise in the field, combined with his organizational and production skills that keeps Tilton Group Productions on the cutting edge of organizational motorcycle risk management.

MANAGING PARTNER-RISK MANAGEMENT
Jim Conway was one of the modern day extreme skiing pioneers back in the 90's. His career placed him near the top of all the extreme skiing competitions of the day and in many films and magazines. Jim morphed this experience, along with his engineering degree, into a position as one of the leading guides and risk managers for film companies that captured the feats of the newest crop of extreme skiers. This lead to a position as the lead guide at Teton Gravity Research where he pioneered new techniques to significantly reduce risk for these extreme athletes. The US Marine Corps took notice of this and has used Jim as a speaker and consultant since 2005 showcasing this "Risk Management for Risk Takers" method that closely parallels the Marines' own Operational Risk Management method. In 2008 Jim was made aware of the Marines' problem with off duty motorcycle fatalities. As a new biker himself he contacted his friend and colleague Jeff Tilton and they combined their specialties to develop the Semper Ride program.
